Operational capability / inbound qualification
Inbound qualification and response route
01 / THE PROBLEM
The Problem
Inbound callers needed a useful first response before a senior team member could evaluate the conversation. The route needed to turn live qualification into a recommendation against a large vendor record without relying on manual lookup during the call.
The operating challenge was not simply answering a call. It was collecting the right context, matching that context to an available vendor set, and preserving a useful record for the next handoff.
02 / THE HURDLES
The Hurdles
- Live-response constraint: The route had to work during an inbound call, not as a delayed follow-up task.
- Structured qualification: The system needed to gather enough context to make the next recommendation useful without pretending to replace a human decision-maker.
- Semantic matching: The 100-vendor record needed relevance-based search rather than a brittle exact keyword match.
- Handoff clarity: The next owner needed a usable qualification record, not an opaque automated outcome.
03 / THE SOLUTION
The Solution
SysRoutes built a real-time voice AI qualification agent that conducts live inbound calls and recommends best-fit vendors from a 100-vendor PostgreSQL database using semantic similarity search.
The route combines call handling, intent processing, semantic retrieval, and a structured recommendation path so the conversation can move from an inbound question to a relevant next response while retaining the context needed for follow-up.
