SysRoutes uses this site to explain its services and receive project enquiries. This page explains, in plain language, how enquiry information is handled.
What you share
If you contact us, you may provide your name, work email, company name, and a description of the workflow you want to discuss. We use this information only to respond, assess project fit, and prepare a relevant next step.
Site measurement and conversion events
We use cookie-free Umami analytics to understand aggregate site use and improve the service. This may record page visits, device and browser categories, and non-identifying conversion events such as a Project Fit Call CTA click, a primary navigation click, a case-study open, or the opening of a ready-to-send email handoff. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, workflow descriptions, or other form content with these events.
Project Fit form handoff
The current Project Fit form prepares a message in your email app. SysRoutes does not store the form in a website database. Once you choose to send the email, the information is handled by your email provider and then by SysRoutes so that we can respond, assess project fit, and prepare a relevant next step.
Cookies and booking integration
The current analytics setup does not use non-essential analytics cookies, so this site does not show a cookie banner for that measurement. Project Fit buttons may open a Google Calendar booking page in a new tab. After you leave SysRoutes, Google handles booking information and any cookies on that page under its own policies. If SysRoutes adds a CRM, advertising pixel, form storage, or another service that changes how information or cookies are used, we will update this notice and add consent steps where they are required.
What we do not do
We do not sell enquiry information or use it to make automated decisions about you. Essential hosting and security logs may be used to operate and protect the site.
Keep sensitive data out of the form
Please do not send candidate CVs, passwords, account credentials, sensitive personal data, or production-system access information through the website. Project data-handling expectations are agreed in writing before delivery begins.
