01Who is SysRoutes built for?+
SysRoutes is designed first for recruiting, staffing, and professional-services teams with work moving between people, inboxes, spreadsheets, ATS or CRM records, and repeat follow-up steps.
02What happens in a Project Fit Call?+
It is a 15-minute working conversation. We identify the workflow, the operational bottleneck, the systems involved, and whether a defined project is the sensible next step. It is not a product demonstration and it is not a commitment to buy.
03What is Workflow Discovery?+
Workflow Discovery is a paid five-day mapping and scoping project. It produces the workflow map, scope boundary, risk and data-readiness review, delivery recommendation, and the basis for a fixed implementation proposal.
04Why is Workflow Discovery $750?+
It gives both teams a defined decision before implementation begins. The fee is credited to an eligible follow-on build that starts within 30 days. The exact implementation price is then fixed against the approved scope.
05What is included in the public project prices?+
They are starting investments for a named project route. Third-party software, usage fees, telephony, sending systems, data services, hosting, and paid licences are separate because those costs depend on the approved operating design.
06Can the project scope change after approval?+
Yes, but it is handled visibly. The original fixed scope remains the reference; changes are documented and agreed before additional work begins.
07How do you handle human approval and sensitive data?+
The operating route identifies the system of record, named review points, exception handling, source boundaries, and access considerations before launch. SysRoutes does not present unattended, black-box hiring decisions as a service.
08Where does SysRoutes operate?+
The launch focus is UAE-first delivery for Gulf-region recruiting and professional-services teams. Projects are scoped in USD and can be discussed in a remote Project Fit Call.
